2600 Capitol Loftworks

Sacramento’s first privately developed project to be awarded LEED Gold certification, this 55,000 square foot office building satisfied the stringent LEED requirements for sustainable building practices. The infill project’s confined space required building the 4-story structure from within the building’s footprint, while mitigating site dust and accommodating neighbors. The exterior IPE-wood and matte ACM wall panels allowed the steel and glass building to complement the older midtown setting.
