As the LEED Gold-certified Capitol Avenue building was undergoing construction, Pillsbury Law engaged A.P. Thomas Construction, Inc. to complete the tenant improvement for the firm’s 14,700 square foot office space, which required additional structural steel to support its high-density storage spaces. The law firm was committed to sustainable building practices, carefully choosing flooring, fabrics and finishes including motion-sensing lighting and daylight harvesting features. In addition, the conference room was fitted with Skyfold® vertically retracting partitions to provide greater space functionality.
