Pure Barre – Ice Blocks

Located in the Ice Blocks, this project was a design-build fitness studio for an international fitness company. The project was a collaboration with the franchisee and the Ice Blocks developer. A special feature of this fitness studio was an HVAC system in the retail center that was adapted to accommodate hot yoga. A.P. Thomas Construction, Inc. handled the entire construction process from submitting to the building department for plan check, to procuring the building permit.
