University Retirement Community

After completing several projects in the retirement community, A.P. Thomas Construction, Inc. moved onto the final piece – a confined-site infill project that included underground parking, 28,000 square foot post-tension deck, apartments for independent and assisted living, and a fitness center with an indoor pool and sauna. Unique features of the project include the coated-steel exterior that gives the appearance of wood without the upkeep or fire danger. As a retirement community, residents took an active interest in the project, and A.P. Thomas Construction, Inc. remained engaged in communications and community relations throughout the process.
