With a design that paid tribute to the iconic Tower Theater, the national drugstore chain ensured the newly constructed building would blend into the spirit and character of its Broadway neighbors. The project was built on a narrowly confined site and toxins remaining from a former tenant had to be removed. Special features of the project include a panelized wood roof system and distinctive architectural features reminiscent of the area’s history.
