Granite Bay Cosmetic Surgery Center

Strong collaboration from the earliest stages allowed A.P. Thomas Construction, Inc. to maximize the use of the site while incorporating the infrastructure, technology, and equipment necessary to perform surgery. The creekside location called for not only a retaining wall but it allowed for the opportunity to create a tranquil outdoor courtyard with a custom water feature, accessible through a 20-foot sliding glass wall. Features of the surgery center include a surgical suite with recovery room, emergency generator, custom solid-wood cabinets, and a cast-in-place concrete feature wall.
