Working with a long-time client, A.P. Thomas Construction, Inc. began by cleaning up the old industrial site, then constructing a 2-story mixed-use building. Though most of the original warehouses could not be salvaged, a unique brick wall was protected while unsalvageable structures were demolished. The wall was seismically reinforced in the retail buildings.
