In purchasing a building that A.P. Thomas Construction, Inc. had constructed 20 years prior, the new owner requested A.P. Thomas Construction, Inc. renovate and update the site for their specific needs, which included updating the exterior and outdoor patio. The building’s interior was almost completely repurposed to accommodate the company’s technology requirements. In addition to updating the interior feel and finish, a new HVAC system was installed along with new restrooms, kitchen, and training room.
