Sacramento headquarters of the nationally acclaimed commercial real estate brokerage. This was a collaboration with Lionakis to create 11,000 square feet of class A offices located on the 25th floor of the historic 980 9th Street building in downtown Sacramento. A challenge to the project was building a mezzanine and stairs within the tenant improvement.
